This 27 m² two-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor (without lift) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
- a bedroom with bunk beds for 3 sleeping arrangements
- a living area with 1 sofa bed, 1 TV, 1 radio
- a kitchenette composed of 1 oven, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 2 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet

The balcony with a view of Mont Blanc is north-facing. The ski locker is located in the residence.

THE RESIDENCE:
A large residence that extends on both sides of the Place des Commerces, it is ideally located in the centre of the resort. It features an underground parking facility, making it advisable to pre-book a spot through us.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
In the heart of Les Coches, immediately close to all amenities and shopping facilities, as well as daycare and ESF. Numerous activities take place in the Place du Carreau. The residences are situated at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking is available in covered car parks, to be reserved through us.
