This divisible studio of 27 m², rated 1 star, is located on the 3rd floor (without a lift but accessible via 1 floor from the top of the residence) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
- a living area with 1 double bed, 1 TV, 1 radio
- a night corner with bunk beds
- an independent kitchenette consisting of 1 oven, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 2 electric hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet

The balcony with a view of Mont Blanc is North facing. The ski locker is in the residence.

Non-smoking apartment / Pets allowed (with an additional fee of €40)

THE RESIDENCE:
A large residence stretching on either side of the shopping area, it is ideally located in the centre of the resort. It features an underground car park, making it advisable to also reserve a parking space through us.

THE DISTRICT:
In the centre of Les Coches, in immediate proximity to all amenities and shops as well as the daycare and ESF. Numerous activities take place in the Place du Carreau. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking in covered car parks, to be reserved through us.
