This 27 m² studio, which can be divided by a mobile partition, is located on the ground floor (with lift) and is equipped for 4 people. It comprises:
- a living area with a night corner featuring 1 BZ sofa and a dining area with 2 single beds, 1 TV, 1 radio
- an independent kitchenette equipped with 1 combination oven, 1 dishwasher, 2 electric plates, 1 refrigerator, electric coffee maker, raclette service
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet

The balcony offers a view of Mont Blanc and is north-facing. The ski locker is located within the residence.

Non-smoking apartment / Pets allowed (with an additional fee of €40)

THE RESIDENCE:
Large residence clad in wood and stone. It is connected to the residences Les Pentes and La Traverse and is ideally located in the resort centre. Underground parking is available under the residence, to be reserved through our agency.

THE AREA:
In the centre of Les Coches, in immediate proximity to all amenities and shopping facilities as well as the daycare and ESF. Numerous activities take place on Place du Carreau. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking available in covered garages, to be reserved through us.
