ACCOMMODATION:
This 39m² duplex located on the 3rd floor with lift and equipped for 6 people includes:

On the ground floor:

- A living room equipped with a sofa bed and a TV/DVD.
- A kitchen with a microwave oven, dishwasher, induction hobs, refrigerator, coffee machine and fondue maker.
- A bathroom and WC.

Upstairs:

- An alcove with 1 single bed and 1 pull-out bed, and a sloped ceiling room with 2 single beds.
- A shower room with WC.

The balcony faces south-west and overlooks the forest. Ski locker in the residence.

Non-smoking apartment/ pets not allowed.

THE RESIDENCE:
Le Zig Zag is connected to Les Pentes and La Traverse, ideally located in the resort centre. Underground parking nearby, to be reserved through our agency.

THE AREA:
Central area of Les Coches, immediately close to all amenities, shopping facilities, daycare and ESF. Numerous activities take place on the Carreau square. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking in covered garages, to be reserved through our intermediary.
