THE ACCOMMODATION:
This divisible studio with a mobile partition of 27 m² is located on the ground floor and is equipped for 4 persons. It includes:
- a living area with 4 single beds, 1 TV
- an independent kitchenette comprising 1 microwave, 1 dishwasher, 2 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, raclette set
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet
The terrace overlooks the surrounding pine trees and is south-facing. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets not allowed.
THE RESIDENCE:
A large residence clad in wood and stone. It connects with the residences Les Pentes and La Traverse and is ideally located in the heart of the resort. Underground parking is available under the residence, to be reserved through our agency.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
In the centre of Les Coches, very close to all amenities and shopping facilities as well as daycare and ESF. Numerous activities take place at the Carreau square. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking in covered parking spaces, to be reserved through our intermediary.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (to be pre-booked): End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski lift passes...
