The balcony with a view of the surrounding fir trees is south-facing. The ski locker is in the residence.

THE RESIDENCE:
Large residence dressed in wood and stone cladding. It connects with the residences Les Pentes and La Traverse and is ideally located in the centre of the resort. Underground parking under the residence, to be reserved with our agency.

THE AREA:
In the centre of Les Coches, in immediate proximity to all amenities and shopping facilities as well as daycare and ESF. Numerous events take place at the Carreau square. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking in the covered car parks, to be reserved through us.
