This 27 m² studio, divisible by a mobile partition, is located on the 1st floor (with lift) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
- a living room with 4 single beds, 1 TV
- an independent kitchenette comprising 1 combined oven, 1 dishwasher, 2 electric hot plates, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette set
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet

The balcony with a view of Mont Blanc faces North. The ski locker is in the residence.

Non-smoking apartment / Pets accepted (with a supplement of 40€)

THE RESIDENCE:
Large residence clad in wood and stone. It connects with the residences Les Pentes and La Traverse and is ideally located in the resort centre. Underground parking available beneath the residence, to be reserved through our agency.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
In the centre of the Coches, immediately close to all amenities and shopping facilities as well as the daycare and ESF. Numerous events take place at the place du Carreau. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking in covered car parks, to be reserved through us.
