THE ACCOMMODATION:
This studio of 26 m², divisible by a mobile partition, is located on the 2nd floor (with lift) and is equipped for 4 persons. It includes:
- a living area with a sleeping area containing 1 convertible sofa and a dining area with 1 single bed plus a pull-out bed, 1 TV
- a kitchenette consisting of 1 combined oven, 1 dishwasher, 3 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette service
- a bathroom, 1 washing machine
- a separate toilet

The balcony overlooking the surrounding fir trees is south-facing. The ski storage is in the residence.

Non-smoking apartment / Pets allowed (with an additional charge of €40)

THE RESIDENCE:
Large residence clad in wood and stone. It communicates with the residences Les Pentes and La Traverse and is ideally located in the centre of the resort. Underground parking beneath the residence, to be reserved through our agency.

THE AREA:
In the centre of Les Coches, immediately close to all amenities and shopping facilities as well as the daycare and ESF Ski School. Numerous events take place in the Carreau square. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking available in covered areas, to be reserved through us.
