The balcony, with a view of the surrounding fir trees, faces South. The ski locker is located in the residence.

THE RESIDENCE:
A large residence clad in wood and stone. It connects with the Les Pentes and La Traverse residences and is ideally located in the centre of the resort. Underground parking is available under the residence, to be reserved through our agency.

THE AREA:
In the heart of Les Coches, close to all amenities and shopping facilities as well as daycare and the ESF. Numerous activities take place at the Carreau square. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking is available in the covered car parks, to be reserved through us.
