Les plus : - Appartement spacieux, belle pièce de vie - Orientation sud agréable pour la terrasse - Immeuble calme - Équipements suffisants Les moins : - Manque de rangements - Réfrigérateur trop petit : impossible de mettre des bouteilles dans la porte car pas assez d’espace (la barre saute systématiquement) - Canapé lit dans le salon abîmé - Casier à ski un peu juste
