This 27m² studio is divisible by a mobile partition and is located on the 1st floor (with lift), accommodating 4 people. It includes:
- a living area with 4 single beds, 1 TV
- an independent kitchenette equipped with 1 oven, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 2 electric hobs, 1 refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, raclette set
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet

The balcony offers a view over the Place du Carreau and faces South-West. The ski locker is located in the residence.

THE RESIDENCE:
This residence features wooden cladding and light plaster, located on the roadside and connected to the residence Le Zig Zag. The daycare is situated within the residence. There is limited parking outside, but an underground parking garage is available, with spaces that can be pre-booked through our agency.

THE AREA:
In the centre of Les Coches, immediately close to all amenities and shopping facilities as well as the daycare and ESF Ski School. Numerous activities take place on the Place du Carreau. The residences are right at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking in covered garages, to be reserved through our services.
