The apartment :
Located on the 4th floor, this 35sqm new flat has a balcony North facing the Mont Blanc and the valley. It offers all the comfort necessary for your vacations.
The living room is equipped with a television and a sofa-bed and the bedroom with 2 single beds. The kitchen is entirely equipped (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave...)
Bathroom with toilets.

Ski locker and garage.

The residence:
New residence "Lodges 1970" with 6 floors and an elevator is located in the centre of La Plagne. It is very close to the ski slopes and shopping gallery.

Plagne Centre
Located on the heart of the resort, Plagne Centre is the place where you'll find shops, activities and all kind of services. Place centre is the main crossroad of the resort. At the top of the Grand Rochette ski lift, you'll see one of the most beautiful panorama of the Alps.

Health rules are at the heart of our concerns, we are implementing, in partnership with our cleaning service providers, a reinforced health protocol in accordance with the recommendations of the profession.
Apartment cleaning:
Each apartment will be cleaned and disinfected by professionals following strict procedures. A check will be carried out in your accommodation before your arrival.
A more thorough disinfection will be carried out at the level of contact areas, door handles, switches, taps, remote control and any accessory likely to have been in contact with the hand. We remind you that it is essential that everyone takes responsibility for leaving their accommodation as clean as possible after their visit. Cleaning/disinfection instructions for the apartments will be available.
