Your travel documents containing all the necessary practical information for your stay (arrival time, late arrival conditions, key collection address...) will be sent to you by email before your departure.
THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED UPON YOUR ARRIVAL ON SITE.
Arrival time: between 4 PM and 7 PM.
If arriving outside of these hours, please inform the key holder.
For arrivals on Sunday, contact the office a few days before your arrival to confirm the arrival arrangements.
The keys will be available in the designated safe, located outside the key holder's office.
Departure time: before 10 AM.
Phone support available daily: 9 AM - 12 PM / 2 PM - 7 PM at +33(0)4 79 00 65 34
Key collection times upon arrival: by 5 PM at the latest / key return times upon departure: 10 AM
