About Apartment Perce neige
PLAGNE VILLAGES – Residence Le Perce Neige. 2 room apartment facing North and East, ski-in ski-out, in a quiet environment, upstream from the centre. The residence offers direct access to the slopes and is located 400m away from the center and the shops.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
Plagne Villages is located at 2050m high in the heart of the resort and at the foot of the slopes. You can access to Plagne center through the telebus cable car from 8am to 11:30pm.
DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT:
32m2 apartment for 6 persons located on the 3rd floor.
- The lounge is equipped with two sofas (pull out beds) and a television
- Separate kitchen which communicates with the lounge through a pass-through
- The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave, electric hob, diswasher and refrigerator
- A bedroom with 2 bunk beds
- Bathroom and separate toilets.
Bed linen and towels are not included.
The owner is allergic to pets.
Extra charge services :
Double bed linen : 30€ per bed
Single bed linen: 18€ per bed
Towels delivered to the apartment: 10€ / person
WIFI box: 7€ per day or 39€ per week (depending on availability)
Baby cot: 15€ (subject to availability)
End of stay cleaning option: 58€
Arrival: 5PM

Appartement très propre rien à dire.bien situé aux pieds des pistes. A deux , parfait.prévu pour 6 peut-être un peu surestimé...agence immobilière parfaite, très à l'écoute et très réactive.

Appartement bien équipé mais vieillissant et situé au 3ieme étage sans ascenseur. Vue sur le parking. Pas de lit double. Casier à ski tout juste capable de recevoir 4 skis donc totalement impossible pour 6.
