Your travel documents containing all the necessary practical information for your stay (arrival time, conditions for late arrivals, key collection address...) will be sent to you by email before your departure.
THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED UPON YOUR ARRIVAL ON SITE.
Arrival time: between 4 PM and 7 PM.
If arriving outside of these hours, please notify the key holder.
Office closed on Sundays. For arrivals on Sundays, contact the office a few days before your arrival to arrange the arrival procedure.
The keys will be available in the designated safe outside the key holder's office.
The code will be specified on the travel document sent one month before your arrival date by email.
