SITUATION :
The Simiane residence is a 3-storey building in a quiet location, at the top of the La Toussuire resort, 500 m from the centre and the first chairlifts. Overlooking La Toussuire, the view is stunning, prepare snow chains in case of heavy snowfall. Free parking at the rear of the residence. First shops at 200 m, restaurants, bars at 400 m, ESF at 600 m and bus stop at 350 m. Chairlift at 200 m, ski slopes 50 m behind the residence for ski in/ski out access. Free ski bus stop at 150 m. Please note that key collection takes place at the MOUNTAIN COLLECTION agency at the CORBIER resort just 4 km away without any detour.
EQUIPEMENTS :
Lifts, ski lockers for each apartment, parking at the rear of the building.
