Au pied des pistes mais très bruyant le soir et la nuit. Appartement très vieillot et certaines parties dégradées (sol, armoire chambre, rideaux...). Deux taques de cuisson = totalement insuffisant pour un appart de 8 personnes et en l'occurence une famille de 5. Le prix est trop élevé pour ce type d'appartement.

Situation impécable, vue sur le front de neige, départs des remontées. Exposition balcon au soleil. Commerces au RDC, sans sortir de l'immeuble. Départ / arrivée skis au pieds. Seul bémol, manque d'ascenseur.
