Our superb accommodation HM 301 is a Prestige apartment with beautiful spaces ideally located in the heart of the village, allowing you to do everything on foot very easily. You will find the tourist office, the snow front, the ski school, and the shopping facilities about 300 metres away, as well as access to the ski area LES SYBELLES.

On the 3rd floor with a lift, the apartment comprises a magnificent living area of approximately 40 m² with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge with TV, an independent WC, all opening onto a lovely south-facing balcony of about 10m² with a view of the slopes!

The sleeping area consists of 5 bedrooms; you will find 3 bedrooms with double beds measuring 160x200 cm (2 double rooms have their own private bathroom), there is one room with 5 single beds measuring 90x200 cm, and another room with a sofa that can be converted into a double bed 140*160.
For your comfort, this accommodation also has a communal bathroom with a toilet as well as a separate WC.

Please note that the accommodation is very comfortable for 11 people (capacity as stated) but it is possible for two additional people to stay for a supplement of €50 per person per night.

The kitchen is modern and equipped with a dishwasher, a large fridge, an oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and all the necessary crockery.
The dining table is designed for 11 people, and an extra table is available if needed for 13 people.

Enjoy free amenities: a ski locker with boot dryer, WIFI connection, and two covered parking spaces with charging for electric cars.
