50m2 apartment for 6 people located on the 1st floor without a lift.

- The spacious and very bright living room includes a lounge area with a convertible sofa and television, as well as a dining area.
- The separate kitchen offers ample storage and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, induction hobs, combined oven, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.
- A cabin bedroom with a double bed.
- A children's room with 1x2 bunk beds and a single BZ armchair.
- A bathroom with a bath.
- A shower room with separate WC.
