General description of the residence
The Neige et Soleil residence, a 4-storey building without a lift, is located in the Soleil area of Plan-Peisey, next to the shopping facilities. This building from the 1980s features an entrance 50 metres from the road and an outdoor staircase. South-west facing with beautiful panoramic views. The slopes and ski lessons are located 200 metres away.
A public, uncovered, and free parking area is approximately 200 metres away, and there are some roadside parking spaces close to the building.
**Apartment of 32m² located on the 1st floor without a lift in a residence close to the slopes and shopping facilities.**
Rented for 4/5 people, it consists of:
- a sleeping area with two bunk beds in the entrance, separated from the living room by a small hallway,
- a bathroom with a separate toilet,
- a kitchenette open to a living room equipped with a convertible sofa,
- a sleeping area separated from the living room by a curtain, equipped with a convertible sofa for 2 people.
The apartment faces West and has a balcony.
Facilities: Dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, electric hobs, washing machine, television. Rented with a ski locker. Paid WIFI available at the agency upon reservation.
Bedding: 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old), 2 convertible sofas for 2 people.
Sanitary facilities: 1 bathroom with a separate toilet.
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservation possible.
Practical: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered for an additional charge. You can book your ski lift passes, ski equipment, and ski lessons at preferential prices.
You will collect the ordered services upon your arrival at the agency.
INFORMATION: Furniture must not under any circumstances be moved. Fabric protectors must not be removed from the beds and should be left clean. Beds must be properly unmade with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 for each missing protector, €300 for reinstating the furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: a charge of €300 will be applied for odour removal and cleaning of all fabrics.
