The area:


Baudet is an old hamlet of 5 semi-detached houses situated in Plan-Peisey's center, 1650m altitude.


All the house are renovated. The whole group is part of "Soleil" area.


The cable car is just opposite as well as the chairlift, the ski school and the nursery.


During summer: 300m from the forest, departure for various hikes.


 


The accommodation Le Soleil de Baudet :


Above the road, 80m footpath access.


Near a restaurant but well isolated and not visible. Fully refurbished in 2008.


The flat comprises a large wooden and sunny terrace and a balcony + an open space. South facing with a view of the cable car and the mountain...


Ground floor: Fitted kitchen with hotplates, oven, fridge, dish-washer, washing machine and micro-waves.


Dining area, nice lounge with sofa and flat screen television. (English channels only) Wood stove, DVD player.


One bedroom (without window) with 2 single beds.


Upstairs:


South facing balcony.


Bathroom with a bath, separate toilet.


One ensuite double bedroom ( shower and toilet)


One bedroom with bunkbeds ( no window)


One twin/double bedroom.

End of stay cleaning not included.

Secured storage for skis outside. boot warmers


30% required for the 1st down payment.


Security deposit 350 €.


Tourist tax 1€/night/pers over 18 years old.
