General description of the residence
In the OURS BRUN residence, you will discover this beautiful apartment situated in an exceptional setting amidst the fir trees and its tranquillity in the Belvédère district.
It boasts an ideal location close to the slopes and the ski school departure!
The residence is on the edge of the slopes, with direct access from the ski locker and return in front of the parking. The apartment can accommodate 8 people. It is located on the 2nd floor and has a lift. It consists of a magnificent, very bright and warm living area including a very well-equipped and furnished kitchen open to the living room with a fireplace, television, and a South/West Loggia balcony offering you a breathtaking view. It includes a master bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and its en-suite shower room with WC and television, two bedrooms each with 2 single beds (90x200), and a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200) that can be pushed together to create a 180 bed with television. You will have an independent WC, an independent bathroom with double sink, washing machine and tumble dryer, and an independent shower room with double sink and WC.
Firewood, Wi-Fi, and bed linen are included, and the beds are made upon arrival. Mid-stay cleaning is available upon request.
