General description of the residence
The 30m² apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the residence (without a lift).
With its West-facing balcony, you will benefit from a superb view of the mountains and maximum sunlight.
The apartment:
The living room, bright and comfortable, features a seating area with 2 pull-out beds (80*190) and a sofa bed (80*190), as well as a television.
The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, 4-ring vitroceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, as well as a fondue and raclette machine.
The bedroom has a double bed (140*190).
Bathroom with a bathtub. The toilet is separate.
WIFI included.
Ski locker at the entrance of the residence and provision of a space for a car in the covered parking at Plagne 1800 (maximum height 1.95m).
The SAINBOIS residence is located in the heart of Plagne 1800. The residence is part of a complex of 7 chalet buildings.
It benefits from access to the heated outdoor pool. The apartments offer a warm and contemporary décor. Subject to actual opening of the pool. The agency cannot be held responsible for its closure.
The station:
A family-friendly resort, ideal for relaxation and recharging, nestled in the heart of the forest. Shopping facilities are nearby. The link to Plagne Centre is ensured by a bus from 8am to 1am.
