General description of the residence
The residence is ideally located in the Vieil Alpe area, close to the chairlift and shopping facilities. Ski return to the foot of the building depending on the season.
Lift system: 100 m (lift that connects to the slope departures at Grandes Rousses)
Resort centre (swimming pool, ice rink): 220 m
Ski school: 100 m from the chairlift arrival (Grandes Rousses)
Living area: a BZ sofa bed for 2 people (140 cm)
Mezzanine bedroom: one double bed (160 cm) and 2 single beds (2X80 cm)
Kitchen area: cooking plates, oven and microwave
Shower room with WC
TV subject to good reception (not all channels are available in the resort)
Ski locker
No lift in the residence
Plenty of storage
South-facing balcony on the 4th floor (+1 from the entrance of the residence)
