General description of the residence
Located at the entrance of the village of Grand-Bornand, this high standing flat is located in a new building facing the Aravis mountain range and facing south.
The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle ...) and open to the living room. The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV and internet connection and gives access to a large balcony of 14m² ideal to enjoy the sun all day long.
The flat has two bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two bunk beds (4 places) and a bathroom with separate toilet.
The flat has a washing machine, a ski locker and a car park.
The rental rate includes the full provision of bedlinen and towels (sheets, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, tea towels etc) and beds will be made up on your arrival! A light clean is also included at the end of your stay however we do expect the property to be left clear and tidy to avoid any surprises (beds stripped, rubbish removed, dishwasher emptied, bathrooms and kitchen left clears etc)!
A mid-stay cleaning is possible on request!
Animals are not allowed !
