A team of professionals is at your disposal to arrange the handover of the keys during your stay. It is imperative that you contact them at the address on your travel documents to agree on these arrangements before your arrival and departure.

Your travel documents containing all the practical information necessary for your stay (arrival time, late arrival conditions, address for key collection, etc.) will be sent to you by e-mail before your departure.
THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED ON ARRIVAL.
Arrival time: between 4pm and 7pm.
In case of arrival outside these hours, please inform the key holder.
Office closed on Sundays. For arrivals on Sundays, please contact the office a few days before your arrival to make arrangements.
The keys will be available in the key box outside the office.
The code will be stipulated on the travel document sent one month before the day of your arrival by email.
Departure time: before 10am.

To be paid on the spot, on the day of your arrival:

- Forfait animal, si animal admis mentionné dans l'annonce

Si arrivée en dehors des horaires d'ouverture, contacter l’agence à l’avance pour le paiement du dépôt de garantie et pour organiser la remise des clefs : Boîte à clef à l'agence

Prestations optionnelles à réserver auprès de l'agence (sous disponibilité / tarifs mentionnés dans l'annonce) :
- Ménage de fin de séjour (si non inclus)
-Location de linge de maison (kit double serviettes, draps, torchon), (kit simple serviettes, draps, torchon)
- Location de matériel de puériculture selon disponibilité
- Location de parking (si non inclus)

IMPORTANT : les arrivées entre le 18/12 et le 23/04 se font au comptoir Avoriaz Immobilier à l'entrée de la station : 430 route de l'accueil - 74110 Avoriaz.
