In Samoens, in a quiet area located 1.5 km from the village, duplex apartment with 2 bedrooms in a semi-detached house built in 2010.
In summer, you will enjoy the large terrace (East-West facing) for having breakfast in the sun with unobstructed views of the mountains. Table, parasol, garden chairs, sun loungers, and gas barbecue provided.
On the ground floor:
Open-plan kitchen leading to the living area, table for 4 people, lounge area with sofa and TV, and a study area.
The kitchen is equipped with:
Dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, induction hob with 4 burners, toaster, drip coffee maker, Nespresso Magimix machine, large fridge with freezer compartment.
Shower room (Italian style) with washing machine.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms and a dressing room
Sleeping arrangements: One bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200)
One bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200).
Mattress protectors, duvets and pillows provided (rectangular pillows)
WiFi (the agency disclaims any liability in case of connection issues)
The use of the wood stove is prohibited.
