Located in the heart of Carroz, 300 metres from the slopes and at the foot of shopping facilities
In a recently built residence ideally positioned in the station centre, this contemporary and warm apartment offers an ideal setting for your mountain holidays. On the 4th and top floor with lift access, it benefits from a south-east facing balcony with a lovely view of the village.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It includes one bedroom with a double bed and a shower room with WC, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a living area with a sofa bed for two. You will also find a bathroom with a bath, separate WCs, and a second shower room with WC.
The kitchen is fully equipped: combined microwave oven, dishwasher, ceramic hobs, refrigerator.
The living area features a functional fireplace (wood not provided), a television, and Wi-Fi access.
The accommodation also includes a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a ski locker (no. 23), and a covered parking space (garage no. 3). Collective heating and hot water. Pets are not allowed.
Optional services: end-of-stay cleaning (€55 to €200), towel rental, bed linen rental (included from December to April except for short stays), baby equipment.
