Situated a 10-minute walk from the slopes, it is quiet and at the foot of the mountains in a pleasant and relaxing setting. Ski shop and restaurant nearby (200m). Possibility to use the free bus shuttle service (every 20 minutes).

The apartment CDA 67 consists of an entrance with storage, a shower room, a WC, a bedroom with a double bed measuring 160*190 cm, a living area with kitchen and lounge, and a balcony with a view of the slopes and Aiguilles d'Arves. A ski locker is also available.
Upstairs, there is a mezzanine with two single beds 80x190 cm and a convertible sofa bed 140x190 cm, a bathroom with WC, and a bedroom with a bed 140*190 cm and a single bed 80*190 cm.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, mini oven, Nespresso and filter coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.
