General description of the residence
The Chalet LES SOURCES de la DAVIE ***** - TIGNES CASA range - is an independent chalet completely rebuilt in 2024, over 5 levels of living space, and 270 m² of living area.
The chalet is integrated into the slope, and offers large bay windows facing SOUTH and WEST which open a plunging view over the village of TIGNES Les BREVIERES. On each floor, large outdoor terraces (100 m²) expand the living area to contemplate the ski area, admire the massif of SACHE and MONT-POURRI facing it.
The terraces are equipped with garden furniture, an outdoor jacuzzi and sauna; indoors you benefit from a pool with counter-current swimming, and a home cinema room.
6 bedrooms in SUITE - including a kids room - welcome restful and recovery nights, for a great comfort sleep.
The chalet culminates with its large living room - dining room and kitchen, which are staggered by half-levels under the roof and its wooden framework.
