Le Chalet LES SOURCES de la DAVIE ***** - TIGNES CASA range - is an independent chalet completely reconstructed in 2024, over 5 levels of living space, and 270 m² of habitable area.
The chalet is set into the slope, and offers large bay windows facing SOUTH and WEST that provide a stunning view over the village of TIGNES Les BREVIERES. Each floor features large outdoor terraces (100 m²) that expand the living area to contemplate the ski area, admire the massif of SACHE and MONT-POURRI that face it.
The terraces are equipped with garden furniture, an outdoor jacuzzi, and a sauna; indoors, you benefit from a swimming pool with a counter-current swim feature, and a home cinema room.
6 en-suite bedrooms - including a kids room - provide restful nights for a comfortable sleep.
The chalet culminates with its large lounge - living room - dining area, and kitchen, which are staggered over half levels under the roof and its wooden framework. From the SOUTH bedrooms, or from the large living room and their terraces.. Come admire the dawn on the Dôme de la SACHE.. A few minutes later, you will plunge with skis on your feet into a magnificent white space, the TIGNES - VAL d’ISERE area.
