General description of the residence
Méribel-Mottaret, situated at 1750m above sea level, is the second centre of Méribel. The residential area of Laitelet is located halfway between the centre of Mottaret and the Hameau, where you will find ski shops, convenience stores, restaurants, and bars. You can easily reach these two sectors via the "Chalets" gondola, which operates from 7:30 to 23:30.
Depending on the location of your accommodation, the slopes may be directly in front of you. If not, simply take the "Chalets" gondola down to the centre of Mottaret. From the centre, you will have access to all the ski lifts, the ESF Ski School, and the children's garden, located in the Chatelet area.
To the left of the resort, in the Chatelet area, you will also discover the Parc de la Vanoise and its beautiful lake of Tuéda, perfect for cross-country skiing in the heart of the nature reserve.
Finally, you can reach Méribel Centre either by taking the free bus shuttle (line D) or via the Truite slope.
