DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT: Entrance hall with storage, Open kitchen onto the living room, fully equipped (microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine). Dining area with a large table. Spacious living room with gas fireplace and TV, leading out onto a west-facing balcony of over 14m² allowing you to fully enjoy beautiful end-of-days. Very pleasant lounge area. 1 Master bedroom: double bed (160 * 190) with en-suite shower room, WC and storage, TV. 1 Bedroom: double bed (160 * 190) with storage. 1 Cabin: 2x bunk beds (80 * 190). 1 Shower room, 1 separate WC. Ski locker in the residence with boot dryer. The residence is located close to all shopping facilities and the slopes (approximately 5 minutes on foot).

The rental price includes: bed linen, towels (2 towels per person, 1 bath mat in each bathroom), 2 kitchen towels, a cleaning kit (sponge, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, rubbish bags, cloth), welcome products, charges (water, electricity, heating), end-of-stay cleaning (except for the kitchen and dishes) and 1 garage space.
