General description of the residence
Spacious STUDIO + SLEEPING AREA for 4 persons of 29m² located in Valfréjus, Chamois Residence, 300m from the Charmasson chairlift, 800m from the Arrondaz cable car, shops and ski schools.
Location: 1st floor without lift. South-facing balcony, unobstructed view of the resort.
Composition of the apartment:
- Equipped kitchenette: induction hob 3 burners, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fondue set, raclette set, plancha.
- Living area with television, fan.
- Bathroom with Italian shower, washbasin. Separate WC.
Sleeping arrangements:
- Sleeping area with bunk beds (2 single beds 80x190) in the entrance.
- Click-clack sofa (140x190) in the living room.
- Duvets, pillows.
Miscellaneous: Vacuum cleaner, ski locker.
