We provide you with a team of professionals in charge of key handover during your stay. It is essential to contact them using the details on your voucher to arrange these conditions before your arrival and departure.
Your travel documents containing all the necessary practical information for your stay (arrival time, conditions for late arrivals, key handover address...) will be sent to you by email before your departure.
THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED UPON YOUR ARRIVAL ON SITE.
Arrival time: between 16:00 and 19:00.
In case of arrival outside these hours, please inform the key holder.
Office closed on Sundays. For arrivals on Sundays, contact the office a few days prior to arrange your arrival modalities.
The keys will be available in the safe designated for that purpose, outside the key holder's office.
The code will be specified in the travel document sent one month before your arrival date by email.
Departure time: before 10:00.
