Pas d'accueil le jour d'arrivée. Information obtenues, non sans mal, par sms. Pas de clé pour le casier à ski. Ménage non fait le jour d'arrivée (le frigo contenait de la nourriture datant de l'hiver dernier). Personne n'avait pris la peine de vérifier et de préparer le studio avant mon arrivée.
