This lovely top floor duplex apt sleeps up to 11 people spread out over 3 levels. On the first floor you have the hallway with storage cupboard/ski locker.
On the second floor you have an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with a large dinner table for up to 11.
You can relax in the lounge area with a comfortable sofa and TV.
You can access the small south-facing balcony from the living room, which lets in lots of light and offers breathtaking views ove the Aravis mountain range and the Grand Bornand village.
On the same floor, you have a master bedroom with an ensuite shower room and toilet, a double bedroom, and another bedroom with three single beds. There is also a bathroom with the washing machine and the dryer and a separate toilet. On the top floor you have a games room with a foosball table, some childrens games and four single beds. There is also a separate toilet on the landing.
At the foot of the chalet l'Everest is the bus stop, which allows you to take either the shuttle bus down to the village or the one up to Chinaillon, to the slopes etc.
The price includes the full provision of bed linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats - all the beds will be made up on arrival!).
An end of stay clean is included in the rental rate, however the property must be left in a tidy state (beds stripped, rubbish bins taken away, dishwasher emptied etc...)
ONLY ONE parking space is available for this rental!
The flat La Colombiere is located in Le Grand Bornand, on the Route du Chinaillon, only 5 minutes from the centre of Le Grand Bornand and 10 minutes from the slopes.


Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
