General description of the residence
The Grizzli appartement is located in Le Grand Bornand, on the Route du Chinaillon, only 5 minutes from the centre of Le Grand Bornand and 10 minutes from the slopes. This beautiful flat sleeps 6 and is on 2 floors.
The living room is large, and has a magnificent view of the Aravis mountain range! It includes the dining room, the living room and a small semi-open kitchen.
The living room is comfortable and has a TV with TNT channels and a fireplace.
The flat has one double bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds. Then on the mezzanine (the height of the ceiling does not allow an adult to stand on the whole mezzanine) you have a bedroom with two single beds. On this mezzanine you also have a relaxation area with three single beds.
The flat has a bathroom and a shower room and a separate toilet.
A few metres down the road is the bus stop, which allows you to take either the shuttle bus down to the village or the one up to Chinaillon, to the slopes.
The price includes linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats - beds made on arrival!).
Cleaning at the end of the stay is included, but the premises must be left in a correct state (beds unmade, bins taken out, dishwasher emptied etc...)
Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
