Located between the village of Grand-Bornand and that of Chinaillon, at an altitude of 1100m facing Mont Lachat (2100m) and the majestic Aravis range, the "Chalet Mélussac" is a luxury chalet built on the model of the bicentenary chalets. Facing South-East, this new and eco-responsible construction (heating system, lighting, etc.) is tastefully decorated thanks to very high quality craftsmanship combining wood (Larch, oak, etc.), metal, natural slate and the glass. The "Mélussac", designed and produced by a group of friends, is the fruit of a common passion for tradition, the land, heritage and respect for the environment, dear to their values. This 360 m² chalet can accommodate up to 10 adults and 11 children. It is laid out on 3 levels (15 people - 300 m²) to which is added an adjoining "Guest House" on the ground floor (6 people - 60 m²). You thus benefit, on the whole chalet: On the first level, a sublime living space of high standing designed for everyone! - From the entrance, you discover a library with welcome documentation and dressing room. A beautiful bright living space with many windows opening onto a large south-east facing balcony, offering a breathtaking view of the slopes and the Aravis range. Take a moment sitting on the decorative chairlift to admire the Aravis. - An open, spacious and fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, raclette and fondue set, coffee maker (Nespresso virtuosa), kettle, citrus press…) combines comfort and modernity. - A dining area with a large handcrafted table that can accommodate all the guests, to which is added a meal tray designed for the little ones. - A large living room with comfortable sofas, large flat screen TV and table football! A second living room will allow you to enjoy a convivial moment by the fireside of a large fireplace (wood naturally provided). - A mezzanine overlooking the living room is specially designed for children in a cozy and cozy atmosphere.
