This 95m² apartment is part of a traditional chalet divided into 3 high-end apartments. Le Trèfle 2 is ideally located in Chinaillon on the slopes side, in the Outalays. The village of Chinaillon and its shops are only 2 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot! The apartment has a balcony and a corner terrace which faces the surrounding mountains but also the ski slopes. The first cabin bedroom has 1 bunk bed and is located opposite a bathroom. Upstairs, the second bedroom has two single beds, as does the third bedroom, both of which have sloping ceilings. There is a second bathroom with WC upstairs as well. The fourth bedroom, 11 m², has a double bed. The kitchen is nice and very well equipped. It has ceramic hobs, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee machine, an oven and a microwave and enough crockery for more than 8 people. The living / dining room is equipped with two sofas, one of which is an angle, a coffee table, a table and chairs, a flat screen TV and a DVD player. The bay window gives you access to the balcony with its breathtaking view! You have access to a wifi connection. The apartment is heated by electric radiators on the floor as well as wall mounted in the bedrooms. You will also have a boot warmer and a clothes warmer in the ski room, very useful after a day of skiing. In this room there is also a washing machine and a dryer! You will be located 5-10 min walk from the village center, shops, restaurants, bakeries and the tourist office. The ski slopes are accessible directly from the chalet !! You will have covered parking and an outdoor parking space. Household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels etc) is provided with the rental. Animals NOT AUTHORIZED
