Come and discover our apartment 15A, a half chalet, perfect for your holidays with family or friends, with an ideal location, peaceful yet very close to the ski lifts and the toboggan slope.

The accommodation comprises an entrance, a WC, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge, and a balcony with a view of the mountains.
On the upper floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed, as well as a bathroom with a WC.

Outside, there is a ski storage room. Parking is available close to the apartment (free parking for the residence).

The kitchen is modern and equipped with a fridge, a mini oven, a kettle, a dishwasher, and all the crockery for 5 people.

RESIDENCE LES CHALETS DE L'ARVAN: Located just near the church of St Sorlin d'Arves, at the foot of the Col de la Croix de Fer and on the ski area LES SYBELLES.
Access to the slopes is very easy either on foot or by free shuttle (about 10 minutes).

Enjoy the outdoor swimming pool of the residence for free during the summer when the residence is open, from 07 July to 25 August.

Please note that bed linen and towels are optional and available at an extra charge, as well as the end-of-stay cleaning service and the WIFI connection. You may order these up to 3 days before your arrival.

PETS: The owner accepts the presence of your pet! Please note that only small animals are allowed, kept on a lead and not left alone in the accommodation. They are not permitted on the sofa or beds. The additional charge for bringing a pet is €5 per day or €30 per week. Thank you for informing the agency.
