Les Chalets De L'arvan 15B

The duplex apartment 15B comprises an entrance, a WC, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge, and a balcony with mountain views.
On the upper floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, as well as a bathroom with a WC.

Outside, there is a ski locker. Parking is available near the apartment (free parking of the residence).

The kitchen is modern and equipped with a fridge, a mini oven, a kettle, a dishwasher, a raclette machine, and all necessary crockery for 5 people.

RESIDENCE LES CHALETS DE LARVAN: Located very close to the church of St Sorlin d'Arves, at the foot of the Croix de Fer pass and on the LES SYBELLES ski area.
Access to the slopes is very easy on foot or by free bus shuttle (approximately 10 minutes).

Enjoy free access to the outdoor pool of the residence during the summer opening from July 07 to August 25.

Please note that bed linen and towels are optional and at an additional cost, along with the final cleaning service and Wi-Fi connection. You can order these up to 3 days before your arrival.

PETS: The owner accepts the presence of your pet! Please note that only small animals are allowed, kept on a leash and not left alone in the accommodation. They are, however, not permitted on the sofa or beds. The additional fee for allowing a pet is €5 per day or €30 per week. Please inform the agency.
