The duplex apartment 15B comprises an entrance hall, a WC, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge, and a balcony with a view of the mountains.
Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, as well as a bathroom with a WC.

Outside, there is a ski locker. Parking is available close to the apartment (free parking at the residence).

The kitchen is modern and equipped with a fridge, a mini oven, a kettle, a dishwasher, a raclette machine, and all the crockery for 5 people.

RESIDENCE LES CHALETS DE L'ARVAN: Located very close to the church of St Sorlin d'Arves, at the foot of the Col de la Croix de Fer and on the ski area LES SYBELLES.
Access to the slopes is very easy on foot or by free shuttle (approximately 10 minutes).

Enjoy the free outdoor swimming pool of the residence in the summer during the opening of the residence from 07/07/2023 to 25/08/2023.

Please note that sheets and towels are optional and at an additional cost, as is the end-of-stay cleaning service and WIFI connection. You can order these up to 3 days before your arrival.

PETS: The owner accepts the presence of your pet! Please note that only small pets are accepted, kept on a lead, and must not be left alone in the accommodation. However, they are not allowed on the sofa or beds. The additional cost for having a pet is €5 per day or €30 per week. Please notify the agency.
