This charming duplex is perfect for your mountain holiday with family or friends in St Sorlin d'Arves. With its 4 bedrooms, its ideal location in a quiet area yet close to the chairlifts and the toboggan slope, this very comfortable and spacious apartment is designed to accommodate 8 people.

It consists of an entrance, a bathroom, a WC, a bedroom with bunk beds, a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge, and a balcony with a view of the mountains.
Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms with double beds, as well as a shower room with WC. Outside, there is a ski locker. Parking is available close to the apartment (free parking at the residence).

The kitchen is modern and equipped with a fridge, an oven, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, a dishwasher, a raclette machine, and all the crockery for 8 people.

RESIDENCE LES CHALETS DE L'ARVAN: Located very close to the church of St Sorlin d'Arves, at the foot of the Col de la Croix de Fer and on the LES SYBELLES ski area.
Access to the slopes is very easy on foot or by free bus shuttle.

Enjoy free access to the outdoor pool of the residence in the summer during the opening period from 07/07/2023 to 08/25/2023.

Please note that bed linen and towels are optional and at an additional cost, as well as the end-of-stay cleaning service and Wi-Fi connection. You can order these up to 3 days before your arrival.

PETS: The owner accepts your pet! Please note that only small animals are allowed, kept on a lead and not left alone in the accommodation. They are not permitted on the sofa or beds. The additional charge for having a pet is €5 per day or €30 per week. Please inform the agency in advance.
