This charming duplex is perfect for your mountain holiday with family or friends in St Sorlin d'Arves. With its 4 bedrooms and ideal location in a quiet area but very close to the ski lifts and the toboggan slope, this very comfortable and spacious apartment is designed to accommodate 8 people.

It consists of an entrance, a bathroom, a WC, a bedroom with bunk beds, a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge, and a balcony with a view of the mountains.
On the upper floor, you will find two bedrooms with double beds, as well as a shower room with WC. Outside, there is a ski locker. There is the possibility to park close to the apartment (free parking at the residence).

The kitchen is modern and equipped with a fridge, an oven, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, a dishwasher, a raclette machine, and all the crockery for 8 people.

RESIDENCE LES CHALETS DE L'ARVAN: Located very close to the church of St Sorlin d'Arves, at the foot of the Col de la Croix de Fer and on the ski area LES SYBELLES.
Access to the slopes is very easy, either by foot or by free shuttle.

Enjoy free access to the outdoor swimming pool of the residence in summer during the opening of the residence from 07/07 to 08/25.

Please note that bed linen and towels are optional and at an additional cost, as is the end-of-stay cleaning service and the WiFi connection. You can order them up to 3 days before your arrival.

PETS: The owner accepts the presence of your pet! Please note that only small pets are allowed, kept on a lead and provided that they are not left alone in the accommodation. However, they are not allowed on the sofa or the beds. The supplement for having a pet is €5 per day or €30 per week. Thank you for notifying the agency.
