Your travel documents containing all the practical information necessary for your stay (arrival time, late arrival conditions, key collection address...) will be sent to you by email before your departure.
THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED ON YOUR ARRIVAL ON SITE.
Arrival time: between 4pm and 7pm.
In case of arrival outside these hours, please inform the holder of your keys.
Office closed on Sunday. For arrivals on Sunday, contact the office a few days before arrival to define the arrival arrangements.
The keys will be available in the safe designated for this purpose, outside the key holder's office.
The code will be specified on the travel document sent one month before your arrival date by email.

Winter season:
- Saturday: from 9:00am to 1:00pm and from 3:00pm to 7:00pm
- Sunday to Friday: from 9:00am to 11:00am and from 4:00pm to 6:00pm

Summer season:
- Saturday: from 9:00am to 12:00pm and from 3:00pm to 7:00pm
- Sunday to Friday: from 9:00am to 11:00am and from 4:00pm to 6:00pm
