Cleaning of apartments:

Each apartment will be cleaned and disinfected by professionals following strict procedures. A check will be carried out in your accommodation before your arrival.

A more thorough disinfection will be performed on contact areas, door handles, light switches, taps, remote controls, and any accessories that may have been touched by hand. We remind you that it is essential for everyone to take responsibility by leaving the accommodation as clean as possible after their stay. Cleaning/disinfection instructions for the apartments will be available for consultation.

Bed linen and towels:

Upon departure, please place the linens and towels in the designated bags and leave the bags in the entrance of the apartment.
