Cleaning of apartments:
Each apartment will be cleaned and disinfected by professionals following strict procedures. A check will be carried out in your accommodation before your arrival.
A more thorough disinfection will be carried out in contact areas, door handles, switches, taps, remote controls, and any accessories that may have been touched. We remind everyone that it is essential to take responsibility by leaving the accommodation as clean as possible after your stay. Cleaning/disinfection guidelines for the apartments will be available for consultation.
Bed linen and towels:
Upon your departure, please place the bed linen and towels into the designated bags and leave the bags at the entrance of the apartment.
Arrival time: from 5pm. It is imperative to contact the agency before 6:30pm in case of late arrival. Departure time: before 10am.
