Cleaning of apartments:

Each apartment will be cleaned and disinfected by professionals following strict procedures. A check will be carried out in your accommodation before your arrival.

A more thorough disinfection will be carried out at contact points, door handles, switches, taps, remote controls and any accessory that may have come into contact with hands. We remind everyone that it is essential that each person takes responsibility by leaving accommodation as clean as possible after their stay. Cleaning/disinfection instructions for apartments will be available for consultation.

Bed linen and towels:

On your departure, place the bed linen and towels in the bags provided for this purpose and leave the bags in the entrance of the apartment.
