Cleaning of apartments:

Each apartment will be cleaned and disinfected by professionals following strict procedures. A check will be carried out in your accommodation before your arrival.

A more thorough disinfection will be carried out at contact points, door handles, switches, taps, remote controls and any accessory that may have been in contact with the hand. We remind that it is essential for everyone to take responsibility by leaving the accommodation as clean as possible after their stay. Cleaning/disinfection guidelines for the apartments will be available for consultation.

Bed linens and towels:

Upon your departure, please place the bed linens and towels in the bags provided for that purpose and leave the bags at the entrance of the apartment.
