Cleaning of apartments:

Each apartment will be cleaned and disinfected by professionals following strict procedures. A check will be carried out in your accommodation before your arrival.

A more thorough disinfection will be performed on contact areas, door handles, light switches, taps, remote controls, and any accessory that may have been in contact with hands. We remind everyone that it is essential to take responsibility by leaving the accommodation as clean as possible after your stay. Cleaning/disinfection guidelines for apartments will be available for consultation.

Sheets and towels:

Upon departure, please place sheets and towels in the bags provided for this purpose and leave the bags at the entrance of the apartment.
