Cleaning of apartments:

Each apartment will be cleaned and disinfected by professionals following strict procedures. A control will be conducted in your accommodation before your arrival.

A more thorough disinfection will be carried out in contact areas, door handles, light switches, taps, remote controls, and any accessory likely to have been in contact with the hand. We remind you that it is essential for everyone to take responsibility by leaving the accommodation as clean as possible after their stay. Cleaning/disinfection instructions for the apartments will be available.

Bed linen and towels:

Upon your departure, deposit the linen and towels in the bags provided for this purpose and leave the bags in the entrance of the apartment.
