Apartment cleaning:
Each apartment will be cleaned and disinfected by professionals following strict procedures. A check will be carried out in your accommodation before your arrival.
A more thorough disinfection will be carried out at contact points, door handles, light switches, taps, remote controls, and any accessory that may have been in contact with hands. We remind everyone that it is essential to take responsibility by leaving the accommodation as clean as possible after their stay. Cleaning/disinfection guidelines for apartments will be available for consultation.
Bed linen and towels:
Upon departure, please place the bed linen and towels in the bags provided for this purpose and leave the bags in the entrance of the apartment.
Arrival time: from 5:00 PM. It is imperative to contact the agency before 6:30 PM in case of a late arrival. Departure time: before 10:00 AM.
