- Living room with television and balcony facing SOUTH-WEST, slope and village view, on the 2nd FLOOR with lift. Lounge with fireplace.
- Open kitchen, perfectly equipped with vitroceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, multifunction oven, toaster, electric kettle, filter coffee machine.
3 chalet-style bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (160 x 190 cm) with en-suite shower room and WC. Direct access to the balcony.
- Bedroom 2: twin beds (80 x 190 cm). Direct access to the balcony.
- Bedroom 3: twin beds (80 X 190 cm) with exterior window.
- 1 bathroom with towel dryer and 1 separate WC.
- Bed arrangements in the living room: 2 people 140x195cm (1 convertible sofa for 2 people) + 1 other non-convertible sofa.

The rental price includes: bed linen and towels placed in the apartment (2 towels per person), 2 kitchen cloths, 1 cleaning kit (sponge, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, rubbish bags, cloth), welcome products, utilities (water, electricity, heating), end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen area and dishes) and 2 GARAGE SPACES (maximum height 2.17m). Apartment cleaning:

Each apartment will be cleaned and disinfected by professionals following strict procedures. A check will be carried out in your accommodation before your arrival.

A more thorough disinfection will be carried out at contact points, door handles, light switches, taps, remote controls, and any accessory that may have been in contact with hands. We remind everyone that it is essential to take responsibility by leaving the accommodation as clean as possible after their stay. Cleaning/disinfection guidelines for apartments will be available for consultation.

Upon departure, please place the bed linen and towels in the bags provided for this purpose and leave the bags in the entrance of the apartment.
