Cleaning of apartments:

Each apartment will be cleaned and disinfected by professionals following strict procedures. A check will be carried out in your accommodation before your arrival.

A more thorough disinfection will be conducted in contact areas, door handles, switches, taps, remote controls, and any accessory that may have come into contact with hands. We remind that it is essential for everyone to take responsibility by leaving accommodations as clean as possible after their stay. Cleaning/disinfection instructions for the apartments will be available to consult.

Sheets and towels:

Upon your departure, please place the sheets and towels in the bags provided for this purpose and leave the bags in the entrance of the apartment.
